How can I return my order?

Step-by-step returns process:

1. Click here to return;
2. Enter your email address and order number;
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return;
4. After completing payment, you will receive a return label. Print this return label and place the items you want to return in the shipping bag.
   Then attach the return label to the outside of the package and hand it in at a collection point near you.
5. After we receive your return, we will process the refund. This process takes an average of 10 working days. The amount will be refunded to the account you paid with.

What are the costs for returns?

An amount of €3.95 will be charged for creating a return label. You do not pay any costs for exchanging. Click here if you want to exchange an item.

Important: Free exchange is not possible with the Free Shorts promotion. Would you like to exchange the item for a different size or a different product? Please contact us via contact@mygainz.nl. If you return your order (partially) and the total value of the remaining items falls below €80, the free shorts must also be returned. If the shorts are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the current retail value of the shorts from the amount to be refunded.

When will I receive my refund?

Has your return been received, assessed and approved? We will then refund the purchase amount within 10 working days. We will inform you about this by e-mail.

Conditions for Klarna Payments with a Voucher Option

When an order has been paid via Klarna and the customer chooses the voucher option upon return (which includes an extra €5 credit), it is no longer possible to process a refund via Klarna. In that case, the amount will be converted into a digital gift card, which will be sent by email. This credit is final and cannot be converted back into a monetary refund. We advise customers who have paid with Klarna not to choose this option if they prefer to receive a refund.
