How can I exchange my item(s)?

Have you purchased an item but would you like to exchange it for a different size? No problem! You can exchange your purchase free of charge within 30 days of the delivery date. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Step-by-step exchange process:

   1. Click here to exchange;
   2. Enter your email address and order number;
   3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange;
   4. After completion, you will be sent a return label. Print this return label and place the items you want to exchange in the shipping bag.
      Then attach the return label to the outside of the package and hand it in at a collection point near you.

   5. After receiving your package, we will send you the desired size.

What are the costs for exchanging?

Good news: we do not charge any costs for exchanging an item.

Which items can I exchange?

The following items can be returned:

• Items within 30 days of receipt date;
• Items in unused and resalable condition;
• Items in original packaging with all tags intact.
